Singles Party Planner

Enjoy this 1 hour demonstration/social class specifically for adult singles wanting to impress your
companion, in the kitchen. You will see and taste three quick hors d'oeuvres for entertaining.

Cocktail Party Food

Tuesday, Jan 6th 6-9 pm AND Thursday, Jan 8th 6-9 pm
Prepare a multitude of small plates for entertaining at your home for the holidays. Stilton Stuffed Dates, Sesame Pork Lollipops, Crab Spring Rolls with Plum Sauce, Roasted Vegetable Feta Tartlets, Steak Skewers with Chive Aioli. This class is hands on and you will be preparing your own cocktail hors.

High Altitude Baking
Taught by Deb Gier of Cucina's
Wednesday, Jan 7th 6-9 pm AND Monday, Jan 12th 6-9 pm

Deb is a culinary school graduate with all the secrets to high altitude baking. She'll be baking many options of fresh breads, sweet and savory. We knead you to attend!

Chilean Food and Wine Parings
Taught by Keely Murphy and Judy Byron
Wednesday, Jan 14th 6-9 pm AND Wednesday, Jan 21st 6-9 pm
Enjoy a demonstration class of five courses paired with Chilean wines
provided by Grand Vin distributors. Salmon tiradito with Coconut sauce, Creole Crabmeat Pie, Mushroom and Pancetta Risotto topped with Manchego cheese, Lamb skewers with Mint Salsa, and Poached Pears with Late Harvest Sabayon. It's a full meal with five wines.

Soups and Stews
Taught by Keely Murphy
Friday, Jan 16th 6-9 pm AND Sunday, Jan 18th 2-5 pm

Warm up this winter with Smoked Duck and Andouille Gumbo, Green Chile Posole with Pork, Sweet Corn Soup, Smoked Red Pepper Soup, and Turkey Chili with White Beans and Sage. You will leave with ample leftovers.
$60.00 per person
